Five days a week in-depth reflection on a theme that is important to you. Reflect, focus and act in less than an hour a day. This is the best start of your day.

During the Jump Movement Daily Reflection we will reflect on what is important to you, where you are in your life and how you relate to the theme we will discuss that week.

Each week focuses on a different theme.

By reflecting daily on what is really important and what you are doing, you create more connection with yourself, you reflect on your next step and you make a decision.

In our daily hectic pace, there sometimes seems to be little time to stop and think about what you are actually doing. Before you know it you a momnth has passed. By regularly reflecting you get more focus on where you stand as a person and where you want to go. It provides awareness and insight. From there you can move more easily. Intrinsic motivated, and therefore sustainable acting from within yourself. Forward moving.

Every working day from 07:30 - 08:30am we work with the 7 steps of the Jump Movement structure. You can check in from your own home or workplace via Zoom.

The session is facilitated by Jump Movement Certified Professionals.
